About Nidhi
I almost feel guilty if I am not home when the kids return from school. The excitement on their face when they see me waiting for them on their return from school is priceless. I want to spend as much time as I can with them now - it makes me feel good and it helps me keep them away from television! I love exotic cooking. We believe in a healthy cooked fresh at home diet as a family. My husband loves food and so do I. So I cook everyday mostly.... My stay in USA taught me how to be super-efficient in the kitchen and manage my time well. I usually try to finish all the kitchen work before the kids come home. My dance classes are timed such that i am away while the kids are in school
